In the course of providing you with the Services or access to the Platform (as defined in our Terms and Conditions), we will be collecting, using, disclosing, storing and/or processing data, including your personal data. Protect the platform’s guarantee to its clients for data accuracy;
Show you relevant tasks or missions near you and better tailored to you;

Offer you targeted missions fulfilling demographic requirements of our merchant brands;
Verify your task submissions based on location, photos and time as a requirement to process your rewards;

Send you notifications via email, SMS, or push notifications of upcoming tasks, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
Understand your usage of our app to improve your user experience

How we Collect your Data

We collect your Personal Data including Name, Email Address and Password when you sign up in the mobile application and/or in the website. Other personal data can also be collected via separate surveys that you choose to participate in to give you access to other tasks.

How We Share Your Information

We use your information to compile reports on the campaign results for our brand partners. When we can, we submit collected information in an aggregated manner to ensure Users’ privacy.

We may also disclose your Personal Data to our Affiliates, Partners and/or Contracted Third Party Service Providers for processing, marketing, research and other specified legitimate purpose only after obtaining your consent on sharing this data. In these cases, we will ensure that your Personal Data will be secured and protected under the terms of a Data Sharing Agreement made with parties that can demonstrate sufficient organizational, physical and technical security measures to protect your Personal Data.

PLease note that once this consent has been withdrawn, Hustle may no longer be able to provide you access to features of the app or user-specific missions that are dependent on personal conditions being.

You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time in our mobile application settings or by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material. We may use your contact information to send newsletters from us and from our related companies.

Storage and Retention of Data

We will keep your information for as long as necessary unless you request the deletion of your information, after which these will be securely deleted. However, we may retain your information when required by law.
